Francis "Dean" Schwartz II, DC, APRN, FNP-C

Dr. Dean Schwartz brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience and a passion for helping patients achieve healthier, more active lives. With a background in nursing, chiropractic medicine, and family practice, he offers a unique, whole-person approach to healthcare that emphasizes compassion, education, and individualized treatment.

Dr. Schwartz began his healthcare career as a registered nurse in 1995 and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1998. After nearly three decades of clinical practice, including international experience in the Netherlands and Dubai, he expanded his expertise by earning his Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington.

At Stone Creek Family Medicine, Dr. Schwartz provides comprehensive primary care with special interests in musculoskeletal health, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and improving mobility and physical function. His approach focuses on understanding the underlying factors affecting each patient's health while combining evidence-based medicine with practical lifestyle strategies.

Above all, Dr. Schwartz believes that exceptional healthcare begins with listening. He values building meaningful relationships with his patients, taking time to understand their concerns, and working together to develop treatment plans that support long-term health and wellness.

As a proud U.S. Army veteran, Dr. Schwartz is honored to serve the Montgomery community. Outside the clinic, he enjoys traveling with his wife of 36 years, playing golf, and spending quality time with his seven grandchildren.
