Christi Moore, FNP-BC

Christi Moore, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Stone Creek Family Medicine in Montgomery, Texas. With over 25 years of nursing experience, Christi brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, compassion, and a personalized approach to patient care.

Christi earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler, where she also completed a Graduate Certificate in Nursing Education. Her diverse nursing background includes medical-surgical nursing, preoperative care, radiology, school nursing, hospice, and home health.

Christi believes that exceptional healthcare begins with listening, building meaningful relationships, and treating each patient as an individual. She is passionate about preventive care, patient education, and empowering patients to take an active role in their health and well being.

Outside of work, Christi enjoys dancing, fishing, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
